Discipline that opens doors.

Game On Community Outreach brings the FEDS method of Focus, Execution, Discipline and Sacrifice to veterans in transition, returning citizens, at-risk youth and residential communities. Every program is free to participants, funded through grants and partnerships.

Who we serve

Three communities facing a hard transition, and the housing communities where many of them live. Each gets a structured, measurable cohort, not a one-time workshop.

01

Military reentry

Service members and veterans making the transition to civilian life, translating mission discipline into a civilian career, a plan and a new sense of purpose.

02

Justice-involved reentry

Returning citizens rebuilding after incarceration: documents, employment readiness, stable routines and walking away from high-risk patterns.

03

At-risk youth

Young people building vision, employable skills and the discipline to follow through, with measurable career-readiness outcomes.

Programs

Each program includes curriculum, facilitation and reporting-ready progress tracking. Program summaries and budget frameworks are available on request.

Built on the FEDS method

The same four disciplines behind the FEDS Success Program™, adapted for each community we serve.

Focus

A clear vision and specific goals, beyond a record, a uniform or a zip code.

Execution

Documents, resumes, budgets and concrete action plans.

Discipline

Attendance, routines and accountability that stick.

Sacrifice

Short-term trade-offs for long-term stability.

For funders and partners

Free to participants, budgetable for funders. We work as a delivery partner inside the grants and contracts that foundations, agencies and community organizations already hold.

  • Attendance and completion rates
  • Individual goal plans completed
  • Employment placement and retention
  • Housing and benefit connections
  • Financial-literacy and career-readiness gains
  • Pre/post growth in confidence and self-efficacy

How partnership works

Fund a cohort

Underwrite one cohort for a specific community, with a per-cohort or per-participant budget and funder-ready reporting.

Add a facilitator

Already funded for reentry or youth services? Bring us in as the curriculum and facilitation partner on your grant.

Host a program

Schools, community sites and housing communities can host a cohort on-site, at no cost to the people it serves.

Start the conversation. Tell us which community you serve and what you're funded to deliver. We'll follow up with a program summary and budget framework.
